Val d'Isere Chalet

  • Old-style chalet, fabulous food, in the centre of Val d'Isere, with a south facing balcony looking out on to the Olympic downhill run. Brilliantly situated only 3-4 minutes walk from ski lifts, nursery slopes, main street, shops, and bars.
  • Val d'Isere is situated at 1850m and is directly linked with Tignes, making it one of the largest and highest skiing areas in Europe. There are 102 ski lifts and a vast variety of off piste skiing.

Accommodation:

  • The chalet is designed to sleep 10/11 guests in comfort.
  • The sitting room has an open fireplace and double doors on to a terrace.
  • Each of the four twin or double rooms on the second and third floor have ensuite bathrooms.
  • The twin room and single room on the ground floor share a bathroom.
  • There is a third bed in the top twin that can be used if there are children staying in the chalet
  • Games room with full size ping pong table

Gets better and better

"This is our third year back to this chalet and always have an amazing time. The chalet is in a perfect locatioan less than 3mins walk from the main ski lifts and close to all main shops, restaurants and bars. The two Sophie's our chalet hosts could not have been more helpful and the food was really great, in fact the food gets better with every year thanks to Sophie. The beef bourguignon and the roast in particular were really tasty, and the cakes in the afternoon were always great. The chalet itself is always clean, warm and comfortable and the sitting room is a lovely place to relax after a long days skiing. All in all I would highly recommend chalet and would give it 10 out of 10" Jhugg 22 Feb 12
