Chalet Valerie

Set over 4 floors, this exceptional brand-new chalet combines luxury and modernity. The living room, on the first floor and built in half-pillars, will be the heart of your stay at Chalet Valérie: with its large cathedral windows, you'll admire the sublime views over the village below and the surrounding mountains. The living room, with its high ceilings and modern lighting, is tastefully decorated and opens onto a large terrace from which you can access the huge in-floor hot tub. The chalet is located in the Chavannes area, facing Mont-Chéry.

During the day, the free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes (during school holidays) and every 30 minutes at other times of the year. The shuttle stop is around 200 metres from the chalet.

 

 

Living rooms

The designer furniture and decor in the main lounge have been carefully chosen to offer comfort and prestige. The views on Mont Chery, Marcelly and over the village will hold no secrets for you from the large sofas and armchairs through the wide cathedral windows that make this an exceptionally bright room.

A second small lounge/games room is located on the upper floor on the mezzanine floor l to delight children, teenagers and even adults who want a space all their own.

Kitchen and dining room

The kitchen, which opens onto the dining room and large living room, is fully equipped: a large fridge/freezer, oven and a host of quality appliances complete this convivial space, where guests can comfortably gather around the table to share time with family and friends.

• Bedroom 1 - Master suite with king-size bed, large balcony, cupboard, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, and a separate W/C. 
• Bedroom 2 - Suite with Double bed, balcony, ensuite bathroom, and a dressing room.
• Bedroom 3 - Twin beds and large cupboard, balcony.
• Bedroom 4 - Double bed, cupboard, and balcony.
• On the 3d floor : a separate W/C and bathroom 3 with a bath
• On 1st floor : a separate W/C

Hot tub and decking

A huge hot-tube completes the facilities of Chalet Valerie. Located on the first floor of the dining room, it is set into the floor of the chalet's large terrace.

Hall

The entrance to the chalet is via a wide hall with a modern light fitting overhanging it, illuminating the large staircase leading to the upper floors. There is a large cupboard for your personal belongings.

Ski room

On the ground floor of the chalet, there is a large ski room with plenty of storage space for your equipment, as well as ski boot dryers.

Laundry

On the ground floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus an additional fridge.

Parking

A large two-car garage provides indoor parking. It is also possible to park 2 additional vehicles outside the chalet.
