There is a very large balcony of 40m² with wonderful views both over the village and to Les Perrieres and also the Chavannes side. Also on the balcony is comfortable outside seating for 5, a hot tub and a sauna.

One parking space is allocated to the apartment in La Delys Residence, with additional parking available adjacent to the building accessed via the main road Route des Grandes Alpes (details on request).
