This option came about through tailoring Ski Unique Client's love for the excellent menu selection of the catered chalet; however, wishing to maintain their privacy and flexibility whist on holiday in their mountain home.

On your arrival at The Mill, you will be met with a wide selection of breakfast items & stores for fuelling a great day of skiing!!!

You will receive a daily menu delivery with your Scrumptious Homemade Afternoon Tea Cake/Loaf or Biscuits, with breads & preserves, 3-Course Evening Meal, Complimentary Wine, Coffee & Mints/Bon-Bons. Separate Children's Menu delivered if required.

The table will be fully laid up with flowers, your daily menu & fine linen napkins, plates, cutlery & glasses The food is created by our Professional Chef, beautifully presented in serving dishes and ready to be eaten straight away or after following quick reheating instructions, specific to the individual dish to release the wonderful homemade aromas.   



 

 

 

Ponte Della Valle Mill is nestled right up to the banks of the Sermenza River leading into the famous white water rafting Sesia River. 9 mins to local ski hill Alpe de Mera & 25 mins to World-Class Alagna Ski-Resort [Monte Rosa] 30 mins to Lago d'Orta & 1hr 20 to Milan Airport.

Gráinne is a fully qualified chef, having trained at Westminster & the 5 star  Connaught  Hotel, Mayfair, London and  Head Chef at the  Postkutsche Hotel,  Austria and then on to be owner operator of  catered ski chalets in Spain, Canada and now Italy.
