"Excellent weekend skiing experienceWe were a group of 7 and stayed in Chalet Marie Stuart for a long weekend (Thurs-Sun). We really couldn’t have had a better time.
The chalet is comfortable and everyone had an en-suite. Lovely fire and space to chill out, including in the hot tub. But most of all was the excellent service from Karen, Sophie, Ella and Chris. They ferried us back and forth to town and the lifts, cooked delicious meals, made excellent recommendations for places to ski and lunch. They really couldn’t have gone to more trouble.
First visit to Samoens and we really enjoyed the skiing. Although Flaine looks to have the most skiing we really enjoyed the emptier slopes in Morillon and Carroz. Nice short transfers from Geneva - a really fabulous trip." 27 Jun 24

"Flawless holiday at Chalet Marie StuartAbsolutely beautiful chalet! The property had so much space (we were a group of 9 and the chalet could have fitted double that!), with comfortable beds and ensuites. The views were stunning, especially from the hot tub, and the location was absolutely perfect- just a minute walk from the bus stop and a five minute bus to the ski lifts.
The girls were amazing, so attentive and wonderful cooks- by far the best I’ve had compared to other catered chalets. Nothing was ever too much hassle and they offered to drive us to and from the town each day.
The town itself was beautiful with so much going on, we visited the market and tried out a lot of the local bars/restaurants.
Could not recommend Chalet Marie Stuart enough, we will be making sure we return every year for another perfect family holiday." 27 Jun 24

"Catered Ski Holiday with Geeski at Chalet Marie StuartOur family of 6 (2 adults plus 4 teenagers) had a fantastic week staying at Chalet Marie Stuart in Samoëns for a half-term ski holiday.
From the ease of booking to the friendly service from Geeski we all had a fabulous week. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen, Sophie & Katie (Geeski) they looked after us magnificently. The food they prepared was delicious and the cheese board soon became a highlight after a hearty dinner and a day on the slopes!
The accommodation was very comfortable and worked really well for our family. The chalet had lots of space plus a games room, table tennis, sauna and the fabulous brand new hot-tub (perfect after getting the ski boots off)
If we didn’t use the chalet staff to take us to the ski lift we used the free of charge ski bus, a real bonus! There’s a bus stop just 50 metres from the chalet door!
Thoroughly recommend the Geeski team and we look forward to returning for another trip, maybe a summer activity one in the near future." 27 Jun 24

"Superb stay at Chalet Marie StuartOur group of nine recently stayed at Chalet Marie Stuart for a week-long trip and I cannot recommend the chalet and the Geeski team enough. The chalet itself has great facilities including a huge hot tub and stunning views. It is perfectly located between two ski lifts and very close to town. The bus connections in either direction were really easy to navigate and the bus stop is a 30-second walk away from the chalet. The town of Samoens is beautiful with lots of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants - definitely worth a visit.
The Geeski team were brilliant all round - giving us lifts wherever needed, offering advice for good spots to visit in town or skiing suggestions, and just generally being super lovely. The food was a particular highlight - you will not be disappointed - they are fab cooks!
Would highly recommend a stay here for a fantastic holiday." 27 Jun 24

"Fabulous Catered Chalet ExperienceOur first time with Geeski was Christmas 2019 which was their first season in operation. Everything then was fabulous! The catered chalet experience was exceptional in every way. We booked again with them March 2024 in Samoens.
Since then Geeski has added more chalets to their portfolio and the service is still exceptional. From the moment of arrival, the staff were there to greet us with drinks and snacks. The level of professionalism and dedication to the client experience shown by the staff is on par with luxury hotels I’ve stayed at. Each morning we had a massive continental breakfast ready for us with cooked options. Dinners were a fabulous event with canapés to nibble on, a three course meal followed by a cheese platter. Plenty of beers and wine on hand.
Our chalet included a hot tub and a susna. One of the team would drop us off and pick us up from the lifts each day. This is a family run operation and they are growing sensibly without sacrificing the client experience. Well done Chris for making this a great experience. I highly recommend booking them for your ski or summer adventures." 27 Jun 24
