This was our second stay at Chalet Jora, and we had another fantastic week. The lounge at the chalet has been remodelled and is now very spacious and modern, we especially enjoyed the surround sound when watching movies!
Laura made our booking incredibly easy, and arrange all of our lift passes and equipment for us in advance at discounted prices which was a great help.
Jay was in resort to oversee things and our hosts looked after us very well, with delicious meals and amazing cakes each afternoon.
We went to the outdoor thermal pool in Banya this time, which was incredible and such a nice experience as part of the ski trip. Thanks for the tip Laura 
Highly recommend Chalet Jora and Total Chalets, we wouldn't stay with anyone else in Bansko!
