Thanks to the location slightly above the village, you have complete privacy and a fantastic view. The location is ideal for both winter and summer holidays. The ski bus stop is located directly below the (slightly sloping) access road so you can be at the beautiful Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area in just a few minutes. There are plenty of recreational options in summer, such as mountain biking, hiking or, a real hit:

  • Zell am See Lake is close by and is a wonderful place to cool off on those hot days

"-Het huis ziet er gezellig uit en is comfortabel, alleen de toegangsweg is zeer slecht. Pas op met lage auto's" 20 Aug 19

"Aankomst was fantastisch, mochten eerder in één van de appartementen en zag er allemaal heel goed verzorgd uit. Weg naar boven is wel een hele klim... Maar wat betreft de omschrijving op de website wat betreft de tussenkamer (deze zou geschikt zijn voor 4 personen) bleekt een zolderkamer te hebben die eigenlijk alleen geschikt is voor kinderen (op Duitse website staat dat ook, maar bij Belvilla niet). Daarnaast was er maar 1 lampje wat werkte op deze zolder en het traphekje zat los. Dit heeft ondanks de vele appjes tot woensdag geduurd voor dat de verlichting gemaakt was en het traphekje vastgezet. En pas na de mededeling dat wij voor 2 personen (op kosten van beheerder/eigenaar) een hotel kamer zouden boeken. Carmen (beheerder) is een hele aardige vrouw. Konden via haar ook broodjes bestellen (maar vrijdagavond vertelde ze wat de dat deze contant betaald moesten worden). Ik had graag gehad dat zij dat aan het begin van de week had verteld, dan hadden wij nog kunnen pinnen. Op de website van Belvilla staat dat er in het dorp een supermarkt is (maar helaas, dit is niet het geval)." 18 Mar 19

"Deze prachtige appartementen in 1 gebouw met een los appartement in het gebouw ernaast zijn fantastisch. De algemene afsluitbare voordeur geeft toegang tot de centrale trappenhal, waardoor deze appartementen in zijn geheel 1 grote accommodatie voor groepen wordt. Mooi interieur en badkamers. De weg naar de appartement is wel erg stijl, sneeuwkettingen zijn bij sneeuwval in de winter zeker nodig om naar boven te komen. Skibushalte is letterlijk bijna voor de deur, direct beneden aan de weg. Het skigebied is fantastisch voor beginners tot gevorderden. Mooie lange brede pistes, goede doorverbinding et cetera. Zeker een grote aanrader." 30 Jan 19

"Prachtige accommodatie en omgeving. Voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachting. Fijn om met 4 gezinnen op vakantie te zijn met toch de nodige privacy. Voor de jonge kinderen in onze groep was er een grasveld met glijbaan en schommel. Verder zijn er niet al te veel dingen voor de kinderen. Kort na aankomst werden we hartelijk verwelkomt door mevr.Gruber die ook bij telefonische vragen snel ter plaatse was om dingen op te lossen of te adviseren. Heel fijn contact mee gehad. Erg handig sleutels zitten in een kluisje waar je een code voor krijgt. Je hoeft dus niet de sleutel ergens op te halen of weer weg te brengen. Aanbevolen! Jan en Loura" 08 Aug 18

"house is excellent, it has everything you need for a holiday. Our group had people aged from 4 months to 58 years and all were satisfied. The only small drawback is the position of the house. The road had not been cleaned, all 7 days of us was snow, with small children is difficult to walk to the ski bus stop because the road is steep. The city is nice but working hours of shops and restaurants for us it was very impractical" 16 Jan 17
