Petit Sapin has an amazing location, right in the centre of Morzine, 200 m from the Tourist office and only a 5 minute walk to the Pleney telecabine and the Super Morzine bubble. In the summer, you can enjoy late evening drinks on its large terrace and watch the sunset over the Pleney.

The apartment has natural stone colours throughout & benefits from under floor heating & underground parking.  Luxury bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. Secure storage for bikes and skis is also available in the garage area.

Petit Sapin has three bedrooms, one twin/double with ensuite shower room, one twin/double bedroom, one quad room with kingsize double bed & bunkbeds. There is a large fmaily bathroom with shower over the bath.

There is an open plan living area with patio doors leading to a large balcony making the room light & airy. The living and dining area comfortably seats 8 guests. The kitchen is stylish and practical with a 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher & microwave. It is well stocked with all the crockery and cooking equipment you might need.
