Newly built Chalet Le Cotaret is a brand new, contemporary, peaceful chalet for 14 people. With special attention to practical facilities, cosy communal areas and individual comfort.

The property is located in Bourg Saint Maurice and is just a 3-minute drive from the centre and the Funicular railway that takes you up to Les Arcs ski resort in a mere 8 minutes. The resorts of La Plagne, La Rosière, Tignes/Val d’Isère, Sainte Foy and Les 3 Vallées are less than an hour’s drive away.

Chalet Le Cotaret is located in a quiet hamlet, a pleasant 10 - 15 minute walk from the centre of Bourg Saint Maurice. Bourg is a cosy town with shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Being the last major town in the Tarentaise Valley, it also has a TGV train station, a hospital and is the starting point of the Funicular railway which takes skiers and bikers up to the Les Arcs ski resort in less than 8 minutes. Chalet Le Cotaret is just a short 5 minute drive from the Funicular railway.

   

The chalet has 4 free and private parking spaces, with opportunity to charge electric vehicles.

• Bedroom 3: 2 singles full ensuite facilities (toilet, shower, basin).
• Bedroom 4: 2 singles full ensuite facilities (toilet, shower, basin).
• Bedroom 5: 2 singles + 1 bunk bed full ensuite facilities (toilet, shower, basin).
• All single beds can be pushed together to create a double. Beds are 90*200cm.

Linen and towels are included in the rental price. Beds will be made prior to your arrival. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens (fondue, raclette sets and coffee machine provided). Free WiFi throughout the chalet and digital TV.
