Looking for a hosted chalet in France for 4 of us (2 rooms).
Must be close to piste, prefer on the piste, but a very short walk is acceptable.
Must be high! Resort prefer to be 1600M+ and ski higher
Would prefer transfer from airport and prefer Geneva, but Lyon is option.
Chalet must hold no more than 12 people total (including us)
I'm not child friendly, please make sure no families are booked in already.
Easy on the arrival, 2nd or 3rd and also happy to return the week after also, either Saturday or Sunday.

Chalet Giffre is owner run and has a great location situated in the picturesque alpine village of Samoens. Only 400m to the Gondola and Church Square . The original farmhouse in the village with a private courtyard offering off road parking and the village on your doorstep. The chalet offers 5 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and wc. Our private mini bus service takes you to The Gondola in under a minute which takes you to the mid station at 1600m, where the ski schools meet and the central location of the Grand Massif Ski Area. From Samoens ski area you have direct links to the ski areas of Flaine, Carroz and Morillon. In the afternoon we can collect you from 3 different lift stations in our valley.

Samoens is a great traditional village and the lively centre is around 5 minutes walk from the chalet. Samoens is part of the Grand Massif and gives access to a great range of skiing (265km) up to 2500m height.
