The Penthouse Caribou is located in La Chapelle D'Abondance, an authentic and charming alpine village and is close to the ski pistes of Cret Beni, Abondance and Chatel, with access to the vast Portes du Soleil.
Also close by are dog sled rides and horse drawn carriages. There is a large field for safe tobogganing and from the chalet balcony you can watch the weekly torch light descent of the pistes in front of the chalet. A perfect location for a relaxing ski trip.

We have a luxury chalet in the Grand Massif ski area that can accommodate up to 15 people. We're an hour from Geneva airport, close to les Gets and Morzine. Grand Massif is a fabulous resort with 265km of great piste skiing plus huge off-piste areas. It's also very family friendly with a fabulous 7km green run and the longest blue run in France. Samoens is the main village in the area and it's very pretty - in fact it is France's only ski resort that listed as a historic momument because of the medieval architecture.
At Reves de Montagne we offer an attentive, luxurious experience for our guests with the highest staff to guest ratio in the Grand Massif. Our professional chef has 26 years of experience and has cooked for celebrities, politicans and Arab sheikhs! He's equally happy with fine dining or family meals, it's up to you to choose.
We have 3 ensuite double bedrooms and 2 family suites with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom per suite. All bathrooms have bath and separate power shower. We are perfectly positioned just out of resort but only 8 mins dive to the ski lifts. We can organise later lift back if people want to enjoy the raucous apres of Alp d’Huez too!
The Chalet is very spacious and has a huge sociable open plan lounge and dining area.
We are in the Alp d’huez Ski Area which is high altitude at 3060 so snow sure all season. We have some of the best off piste and back country too and can organise guiding for your group.
The après is pretty good too!
