Anyway, if you find you can stretch your budget - check out our advert. We're right up in the skiing surrounded by mountains and trees, so its pretty christmassy 
We've got an outdoor hot-tub, our own toboggan run in the garden, sauna, separate TV room, all our rooms are ensuite... basically everything that you'd expect in a nice chalet.
We're doing Friday to Friday bookings that week so you don't have to travel on New Years Eve.
Its 850 euros per adult, 600 euros per child between 2 and 15 for catered accommodation.

We are situated in the picturesque alpine village of Samoens which is one of the 5 linked resorts that form the Grand Massif the 4th largest ski área in France and in the top 5 snow sure resorts.
Chalet Giffre has an excellent location close to the village center just 400m to cafes, bars, shops and the Gondola.
After a cooked breakfast our drivers will be waiting with your skies ready to go. We drop you off at the Gondola in under a minute. No walking in ski boots. The Gondola takes you to the mid station at 1600m with North facing slopes it ensures great snow cover throughout the season. At mid station you have the ski schools and nursery slopes. You can ski blues reds and blacks down to Vercland or take a chairlift to the top of Samoens ski área which links directly to Morillon or Les Carrozo or just one chair lift and you are in Flain again connected by blue runs. We offer collection in the afternoon from 5 different lift stations in the Valley.
We offer a fully catered service 6 out of 7 days, cooked breakfast, 3 course evening meal with bottled wines cold beers. Before the evening meal we have a free bar in moderation.
All 6 bedrooms benefit from en suite shower rooms and wc.
All rooms can be adapted to make twin rooms or family rooms sleeping 4 where children have discount.

I have rooms available in our catered chalet Bois Prin near the center of Chamonix.
We offer 3&4 course evening meals with wine a full breakfast and afternoon tea.
Over Christmas week there will be 2 Festive meals on the 24th for French Noel and then on the 25th a Traditional day with all the trimmings.
For easy access to the 5 ski areas of the Chamonix Valley also included is our mini bus service.
