The Les 2 Alpes resort is also snow sure, having the highest skiable glacier in Europe, up to 3600m. It is currently open for skiing at the moment in fact!

There are two lifts out of Le Praz, the gondola which goes straight to the ski school meeting point in 1850 (beginners area) and the foret chair going over to La Tania easily linking to Meribel and the full Three Valleys. The Three Valleys ski area is now covered by a snow guarantee.

From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.
