Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. We offer a high level of service with excellent food and complimentary fine wines and beer with evening meals.
Chalet Namika sleeps 16 people in either twin or triple rooms ( all en-suite )
There is a large lounge/dining area with a log fireplace and TV,
A soundproof Cine’ room with a large screen for watching DVD’s.
We have a hot tub on the terrace and a steam room on the ground floor.
Alpe d’Huez is the perfect setting for a great skiing holiday and can cater for all levels of skier and snowboarder. The chalet is a ten minute walk from the village, however only a 2 minute ski to the main chairlifts and gondolas.
There is also a free bus into the village which runs every 10 mins.

• Catering service including Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and a 3 course evening meal with complimentary fine wines and beer. (5 nights)

• A private driveway for parking if you self-drive

Thanks for your post.
We can offer you the week of 6 - 13th January 2024 here at Chalet La Luge, in the resort of La Tzoumaz, directly connected to Verbier and the rest of the 4 Vallees, from the top of the lifts this side of the mountain you can ski directly into the heart of the Verbier area. On a sole occupancy basis for up to 12 people the price is Chf 11520. We also have the last week of January available 27th to 3rd February for Chf 12960. All prices in Swiss francs.
We have 6 en-suite rooms, all of which can be arranged with twin or super-king double beds, a separate cinema/TV room, sauna, hot tub on the terrace with fantastic views, log fire, great service and food - see our reviews for proof!
We've been running the chalet since we had it built in 2008.
It's 600m to the slopes (and very popular acres bar!), and 800m to resort centre and gondola. We run a drop off service in our vehicle after breakfast, leaving you free to come back when you like on the free ski bus which stops 100m from the chalet.
1hr 40 from Geneva, happy to arrange private transfer for you.
We serve cooked breakfast options on all 7 days, there's homemade cake / biscuits on all 7 days and a 5 course evening meal on 6 nights with good wines included. Very happy to suggest restaurants and make a table reservation for you on our Wednesday night off.
