However as of last year, I have gone freelance to offer the same excellent service in the chalets operated by Summit Chalets (www.summitchalets.com), which I now run with my wife and sister in law. Meribel of course is part of the Three Valleys, the largest connected ski area in Europe so if you are looking for an extensive ski area, this is a great option.
I can offer you a catered service in one of two 4 bedroom chalets in Meribel. The catering for 8 people would be €5100 euro and will include
Breakfast with hot option every day
Afternoon tea with cakes and cookies every day
Pre dinner drinks and canapes on 5 nights
3 course dinner with wine on 5 nights
Cleaning on 5 days
Transfer to the main lift area in Meribel and a pick up service again in the afternoon every day.
If you only actually wanted to go out on one of the nights then for a small fee we would be more than happy to provide a simple reheat meal and desert for you all.

It is in a great location close to the piste, allowing you to ski back to within 300m of the chalet.(conditions permitting). Alternatively, we can provide slope transfers, meaning no walking with all your ski kit!
Morzine centre with all its amenities, including an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars is just a 10/15 minute walk from the chalet.The price includes:
• 5 En-suite bedrooms (2 x family rooms (double & single), 1x double & 2 twin rooms.)

Sorry for the late response. If you are still looking for your accommodation we have the wonderful Chalet Alice available. We are 1.5 hours from Geneva with delicious food, an outdoor hot tub and with a price of 9500€ for sole occupancy.
Chalet Alice is based in Montriond, 1km flat walk, from the centre of Morzine and 500m to the nearest bar/restaurant. We can provide easy access to Avoriaz, Morzine and beyond. Take advantage of the fantastic skiing in the Portes Du Soleil and hit the town for a little apres! 
The Chalet has a hot tub and a sauna and ample comfy space to chill.
With our catered service enjoy:
- 7 breakfasts (5 served hot breakfasts)
- 6 afternoon teas. (hot wings and beer one day, if you like)
- 5 evenings we treat you to delicious 5 course dinners with unlimited wine and beer.
