Request: REQUEST: anywhere considered - for 12 people, from 1/12/2018 to 30/4/2019

Hello Everyone,

We are looking for a long term (annual or seasonal) rental on a personally operated commercial basis.

Our plans allow us some flexibility, but we are not looking for top end properties (my wife isn't posh enough, lets hope she doesn't read this !!!).

So, a chalet, old hotel / bunk house, auberge type thing, with a rustic charm about it, characterful even ! We are happy to spruce a place up a little, and would look after it as our own, but it must be compliant with any applicable regulation and all the knobs, buttons so to speak in working order. Beds, well again, we can be flexible, but a minimum of 10 / 12 rising to 20 ish, as you can see, we are naturally flexible !

Our plans don't allow for a heavy rent, but they do ensure a long term, stable, viable tenancy, owner operated with a life time of experience in the winter sector and under no illusions of the commitment required to make it work.

Although we don't pass GO until Dec 2018, we are potentially able to take the right place on prior to that time.

Hi Ian,

Would you consider a property purchase instead of a rental?

We are selling our house in Bellentre which is just 15 mins drive from the Paradiski area.

With a little bit of work you could easily live in the ground floor and use the main part of the chalet for guests giving you an 8 bed chalet, or live elsewhere and use it for the business giving you a 12 bed chalet.
