My friends and I are looking for a chalet for 4-6 people, 3-4 nights around 13th January 2024. Our requirements are;
1. Catered.
2. Within 150m of a ski lift OR access to a minibus transfer directly from the chalet.
3. Easily accessible ski/boot hire.
4. Within easy walking distance of a town centre.
5. Within 1.5hrs transfer from an airport.
6. Equipment drying facilities.
7. We would be happy to share the chalet with others if we cannot fill it ourselves.
Optional extras include;
1. Hot tub!
2. Nice views.
3. Afternoon cake!
I would appreciate the approximate costs of the accommodation, ski/boot hire, ski passes and transfers in your responses.

This modern chalet can’t be beaten on location, it sits in the heart of the tourist office square in Morzine, just moments from both the Pleney telecabines and also the Super Morzine bubble.
Chalet Hibou sleeps 8-10 guests in 4 en suite bedrooms. The chalet has a large open plan living and dining area which leads to its own private balcony which has fantastic views of the Pleney slope, Col de Cou and stunning Dent Blanche mountain range in Switzerland. Cairn Lodge is available for a short break from 11th to 14th jan (3 nights).
The chalet, which sleeps 14 to 17 guests in 7 bedrooms has an outdoor hot tub which is perfect after a hard day on the slopes. It also has a sauna and separate games room. Cairn Lodge is in an excellent location for accessing both the Avoriaz and Morzine-Les Gets ski areas, whilst also being within walking distance of a great selection of bars and restaurants.
Your driver will also take you to the slopes every day- so no more trudging around in ski boots!

We would love to host you at Chalet La Motte which is an exceptionally spacious owner run luxury catered farmhouse chalet. We are located right in the middle of the Grand Massif, which links Les Carroz, Flaine, Morillon and Samoens (The 4th largest ski area in the Alps rising to 2400m), and just 50 mins from Geneva airport.
We can offer you 4 nights catered from 13th for £520pp. If there is 6 then you will probably have exclusive use.
The recently refurbished chalet offers luxury and space with a home from home feel and can accommodate up to 10 guests in five spacious suites. Suites are arranged around a large central family lounge with UK satellite TV. Downstairs is a separate comfortable lounge with an open fire and satellite TV/Netflix, a very spacious dinning room, plus a gym with Sauna.
Outside is a spacious deck with a 6 person jacuzzi. The chalet also has a large ski/boot room with boot driers.
The ski areas are 10 to 15 mins drive away, and we provide a private minibus service to drop off and pick up daily, and free heated ski lockers at the main télécabine. We can also assist with discounted ski hire (approx €100pp) and guide on transfers (approx €250 each way), passes (€230pp)etc

We charge £105 per adult per night and £80 per child ( under 14yrs ) per night inclusive of:

Resort transport. We are 5 minutes from the lifts of St Gervais and Megeve, 15 minutes from those of Les Contamines and 30 minutes from Chamonix. Our 4x4 transport is available throughout your stay.
We charge a further £25 per person if your departure time from the chalet exceeds 12 noon on the last day.
