Location: Morzine, France | Established chalet operator is seeking a new chalet / large apartment for the coming winter season to add to the portfolio. Initially looking for a one winter lease due to a problem with one of our other properties and potentially needing to replace capacity, but very much open to longer term / annual rental discussions eventually. On the other hand this may suit another company who are committed to a property that they don't wish to operate for a year.
The ideal property will have at least 4 ensuite bedrooms and be on the route of a navette bus line in the Morzine area.
