Request: Italian Alps - property for sole occupancy, catered for 13 people, New Year, 2025

Looking for a catered chalet in Austria or Italy but realise most catered chalets are in France.
Three families - 6 adults 7 children between 7-18.
High/snow sure resorts. Chalet close to lifts or chalet shuttle bus provided. Games room and hot tub would be an advantage.
Flexible on dates at present but looking at arriving 27/28th December.
