Request: Austria - property for sole occupancy for 23-27 people, from 14/2/2026 to 21/2/2026
Alert

We are planning our 2026 ski trip. We are a large group of 13 adults (18+ and 13 children aged 8-13 (6 boys and 7 girls). Each couple will need at least a double room. We are open to the kids sharing a larger room (one for boys one for girls) - Just really flexible...

We will have car hire, so don't need to be close to lift etc.

Open to self catered or catered. We must travel in the Feb half term (Kids on school holiday).

We prefer austria, and would like to be nearish to an airport, but not Salzberg (as the flights are too expensive). Max 3 hours from Munich, 3 hours from Vienna, or alternates if they exist.

Our preference is a local ski field. We've enjoyed Wadring and skiing on Stienplatte but want a change now as we've been for many years.

Prefer not to be at a huge international resort (St Anton / Ishgl) as trying to minimize costs etc and prefer slopes to be a little quieter.

This year we will pay €10,000 for our current challet. We don't have a specific budget, but would like to be in this ball park. (We don't need luxury, just clean and comfortable) Happy to pay extra for catering / drinks etc.
