After just building an extension - we are near as damn it skint - so this is purely exploratory atm. Looking for cheap, cheap, cheap family ski holiday. Sights are lowered from previous years of enjoying catered chalets - so am hoping I find a sympathetic ear 
Totally open minded as to where we go - obviously flights and transfers have to also be taken into consideration.
We are 4 adults and 2 kids (age 9 and 11) - can go into 2 triple rooms as part of a larger chalet - or can be self catering in a small apartment/chalet/hotel. If a self catered chalet option ideally within walking distance of resort (restaurants, bakery, shops etc)
We have previously been spoilt - so looking for ski in - ski out please.
Any hot tub - a total bonus - but as said earlier - if we are possibly to go this coming season - its all about the budget!

Chalet Marie Stuart is a lovely chalet with a games room with table tennis table, a sauna and external hot tub and 7 ensuite bedrooms. It is located between the Grand Massif Express lifts and the Vercland Express. We have a flexible private transfer service to and from the lifts or apres.
Samoens is a great traditional village and the lively centre with its shops, bars and restaurants is around 15 minutes walk from the chalet. Samoens is part of the Grand Massif and gives access to a great range of skiing (265km) up to 2500m height. The lift from the village takes you to 1600m where the ski schools meet and the skiing begins with links to Morillon, Les Carroz and Flaine.

We can offer sole occupancy, self-catered, 4 bedroom accommodation in the beautiful alpine forests in Turracher Höhe, Austria for 7 nights from 10th or 17th February 2024.
Chalet Ty Tom has two ensuite double bedrooms and two further bedrooms, one with a double and bunk beds and the 4th bedroom has two singles. In addition to the two ensuite bathrooms, there is a main bathroom with a jacuzzi and sauna.
Turracher Höhe at 1800m is snow sure for the winter months. To view the ski area and amenities, please refer to the link to www.turracherhoehe.at
There is a 10 mins walk to the main lifts or a ski shuttle bus is available within the resort. There is a route back to the chalet should you wish to ski back. The Alpenpark reception, which is located in the village centre, includes a ski cellar for Alpenpark guests to use to store ski equipment. There is also a 10% discount on ski/boot hire at Intersport rental for Alpenpark guests. The village offers a variety of restaurants, a shop, a mini market, bakery and 24hr vend shop which is usually well stocked.
Salzburg airport is 2 hours door to door or Klagenfurt is 1 hour. A taxi service can be booked in advance or are regularly available from either airport.
Normally those weeks in February would be €4,438 per week plus linen at €14.90 per person and end of stay cleaning at €250.00, however we would be happy to reduce this to €4,000 and waive the additional charges if you were to book one of those dates.

Why not try Morgins for a change? We have a chairlift 50 metres from the kitchen door and a brand new site of the art telecabine is being installed in the village for the upcoming season. The first takes you over the back to Chatel in France and the new one takes you along the Swiss side of the Portes du Soleil so you are perfectly positioned to get the best of Switzerland and France.
Most guests pick up a car at Geneva airport (1 hour 20 minutes away) as it gives great flexibility for eating out, shopping, and accessing different lifts around the Portes du Soleil if you want to go beyond the ones in Morgins.
The chalet sleeps 8 and has 4 bath/shower rooms. It is very well appointed and snug (logs are provided), and it's lower key than the big commercialised chalets you normally stay at. It is therefore much more reasonably priced too.

The chalet is situated in Peisey, with great access to both Les Arcs and La Plagne. The location is not ski in/out, but we provide a minibus shuttle to and from the slopes, so there's no long walk carrying skis.
