Chalet chef required for one of three chalets run by White Stripe Mountain Lodge.
We are looking for an experienced chef to provide a cooked and continental breakfast, a cake for afternoon tea and a three course dinner for up to 20 6 days each week.
You will also be responsible for:
- Putting together a menu plan adhering to a budget
- Buying ingredients each week
- Providing children's dinner separately (when required)
- Catering for guests with special dietary requirements
- Ensuring a very high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area
Working with the a host, you need to be enthusiastic and outgoing. At White Stripe we pride ourselves in the good reviews we receive, which is as much down to how guests were treated as well as quality the food.
Requirements
You will need:
- National Insurance number
- UK passport
- UK bank account
- Organisational skills
- Evidence of cooking skills
- Lots of enthusiasm!
