| We'd like to go skiing over new year. Ideally 28th Dec - 2nd Jan (or 4th if that’s the only option.)
Val Thorens would be our number one choice. If Not VT somewhere else high up to maximise the chances of snow. Other options: Verbier, Tignes, Avoriaz and Flaine - or open to other suggestions if cheaper.
Other requirements:
Within easy walking distance of the slopes and lifts, either B+B or half board.
A pool/hot tub etc would be great but not essential.
Preference would be a fully catered chalet with hot tub. Happy to share with others.

Over 265 kms of runs, Samoens ski area is directly linked with Flaine offering North facing slopes abovr 1600m The lowest cross over point from Samoens to Flaine is 1844m. Samoens is also linked directly with Morillon and Les Carroz. All areas are linked by genuine blue runs.
Chalet Giffre is owner run and has a great location in Samoens located between the gondola and church square, so you're not dependent on transport after your days skiing, the village is on your doorstep.

We have the perfect chalet for your group of 4 Chalet Petite Ourse in Samoens. This is a fantastic chalet with its own hot tub and you would have exclusive use. Samoens is a great traditional village and the lively centre is around 5 minutes walk from the chalet. Samoens is part of the Grand Massif and gives access to a great range of skiing (265km) up to 2500m height. The lift from the village takes you to 1600m were the skiing begins with links to Morillon, Les Carroz and Flaine.
With simple access to Flaine its snowsure.
The price for the week would be £4520 for the 5 days £3560. This includes

Villaroger is part of the Les Arcs Paradiski ski area, and is situated approximately two and a half hours travelling time from both Geneva and Lyon airports.
In term of ski location, Apartment Edgeset is three minutes from the Replat chairlift which provides access to the ski area of Villaroger itself, and direct access to the Les Arcs Paradiski area.

We have availability at Chalet Les Grands Sorbiers, which has 3 bedrooms, and can sleep 7 people, 8 at a squeeze. It is ideal for a group of friends, 3 couples or 1 family. Whether from the kitchen, balcony or top bedroom, the views across Meribel valley from Chalet Les Grands Sorbiers are just incredible!
It’s an apartment set on 5 different levels, so as soon as you enter you feel like you’re in a chalet. The apartment is finished with alpine wooden interiors, and there are lots of great little nooks and crannies, Juliet balconies, and inside windows – it’s quirky, it’s cosy, kids will love it. It feels like staying in a tree-house in the mountains.
It’s a short walk (about 4 minutes) from the apartment to the nearest piste, where you can ski down to La Chaudanne, the main lift area.
