Hello!
We are looking for talented and enthusiastic chalet couples to work in our beautiful catered chalets in St Martin de Belleville, three valleys.
Responsibilities include providing breakfast, afternoon tea and a wonderful 3-course evening meal, complete with canapés and aperitifs 5 days a week. You’ll be organized and will excel with the opportunity to showcase your skills our chalets!
Who are we looking for?
Applicants must be fluent in English, have a UK National Insurance number and bank account, must be keen to ski or snowboard and one of you must have a clean driving license. Positions suit couples only as accommodation is a self-contained apartment with double bed.
Chefs/Cooks:
Preferably have catering experience (although not essential) including menu planning. We want to share your passion for fabulous food with our guests. Have a can-do attitude and a flexible, adaptable approach to your catering.
You will be working to our 5 day chalet menu with plenty of training on all dishes before the season starts.
Hosts:
Use your initiative to run an efficient and welcoming chalet service. Have a can-do attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach to service. Want to excel in providing the best holiday experience to our guests.
