| Dear Stephen, Sadly I think your budget is too low, by the time we have cleaned linen and paid roughly 200 euros per chalet clean, paid tourist tax. it just does not make it worth while. You maybe should look at renting a small apartment but then you have bike issues. Anyhow good luck in your search. | Hi Stephen We have availability in the self-catered apartment of our chalet in Morzine for 17th-24th August. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people, and has one bedroom that sleeps 3, and a lounge/dining room which doubles up as a 2nd sleeping area with a banquette that has 2 proper single beds (one is stored under the other and raises to the same height). It is the first level of the chalet, which looks out onto the garden and the spectacular views beyond, and has: • Self-contained apartment with private entrance • Bedroom • Lounge/dining room with TV, UK Freeview channels, DVD player and PlayStation & games • Bathroom (shower, sink & WC) • Kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave) • Free WiFi • Free parking • £750/apartment/stay • Secure bike storage The chalet is a mile from the village centre, and only a short hop on the free shuttle bus which stops nearby. Even E-Bikes for the less fit! Swimming lakes, superb mountain huts and lots more. We have parking on site and storage on the Ground Floor for Bikes. | Hi I didn’t reply before as we do not have parking right by the house, but there is free parking at the entrance to the village 2 mins away. We can accommodate bikes in the boot room, we have just hosted 6 cyclists who did the Etap the race for amateurs as part of the Tour de France....we are located in St Martin de Belleville in the Trois Vallees...right on the route of the last leg of this years Tour. The house is located in the hamlet of Beranger , 3 km from the gondola which will give you access to the whole of the Trois Vallees and its cycle routes etc. The house has 4 bedrooms, is equipped with everything that you need for a self catered holiday. Linen, towels, free WiFi, tourist tax and English free view TV and cleaning is included in the rental price of £750.00 .
