A committed and hardworking individual, seeking a job in the Alps for the winter season. I have completed the Orchards Chalet Cookery Course for chalet hosting, however I am very open to the idea of cleaning, kitchen portering, night portering or other similar jobs. Skiing is a great hobby of mine which I have done most years since the age of 6. While staying in chalets that have catered for 25 people at once, I developed an understanding of what to expect from chalet staff, and also knowledge of how much work goes into the running and catering of a large chalet. 
Having had a job at a 4 star hotel for the past 2 months, I understand the standard of service required by chalet staff. Working at the bar and restaurant area of Woodbury Park Hotel, my main roles include Waitering, Bar work, Cleaning and aiding the Chefs in any way needed.
