Host Savoie is a small and friendly chalet operator in Morzine (France), and nothing but extra-mile service is good enough for our loyal guests.
We are all about hearty, honest food which fills people up nicely after a day on the slopes. If your main purpose when cooking is providing your guests with a fresh, carefully cooked meal that they will enjoy, then you are exactly what we are looking for.
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for shopping, cooking and preparing breakfast and a three course evening meal (following a recipe book on 3 of 5 nights), baking an afternoon tea and keeping your kitchen and storage areas clean.
A strong customer service ethos is required for all members of our team.
The package includes 2 days off; accommodation, very competitive wage, all you need to go skiing or snowboarding, pre-season training and more.
Requirements for the Chalet Cook are
* Experience in a commercial kitchen - However, a cooking qualification is not compulsory.
* Driving licence is compulsory
* Being eligible to work in France under a UK contract. You will need a UK bank account and a National Insurance number.
