Very experienced chef and seasonaire throughout Europe. I work to a very high standard 2AA rosette as sous chef is my most recent role in Scotland. I am just looking for a good solid Job for the oncoming season I am far from a pretentious chef. I work to a very high standard, am well organised, polite and not an angry chef.
