I am looking for winter work in the Alps, I have Chef experience of 10 years and 4 winter season in France and 1 in Australia. I have worked seasons as a chalet couple and also as a solo chef/host in 4 bedroom chalet in my last season in France.
I am just back in Europe from working a winter season in Australia as a sous chef in a boutique hotel. Other work I did in australia was solo chef working for a mine camp catering high quailty food for 120 people.
