Piste Bleue is a brand-new chalet apartment located in the heart of Morzine, within easy reach of bars, restaurants, and lifts. Sleeping 8–10 guests, it features four en-suite bedrooms, including a family suite with a separate bunk room, a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, and a large terrace with a hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of activity.
The chalet’s location is ideal for accessing the Morzine/Les Gets and full Portes Du Soleil areas. The Pleney lift is less than 100m away, and the Super Morzine lift is just a 7-minute walk. A nearby bus stop provides access to the Ardent or Prodains lifts for alternative routes. The central location also places Morzine’s vibrant bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.
The price is over budget but we can reduce a little to 6500 euros includes:
Linen and towels.
In-resort contact.
End-of-stay cleaning.

Our 4 bed + 4 bathroom self-catered chalet is in Châtel village (French Alps) part of Portes du Soleil, located 90 minutes from Geneva airport.
Room 1: double, twin, or single + ensuite (2 people)
Room 2: double, twin, or single + ensuite (2 people)
Room 3: double, twin, or single + ensuite (2 people)
Room 4: double, twin, or single + bunk beds + large bathroom (4 people)
The bus stop is opposite the chalet and the bus takes less than 5 minutes to the lifts. With 650 km of slopes, it’s one of the largest linked ski resorts in the world, including access to Avoriaz 1800.
We are a 5-minute walk from the village, bars, restaurants, supermarket, and bakery. The chalet has a well-equipped kitchen, including a slow cooker. We also offer a log fire and outdoor hot tub with stunning mountain views. We have a large driveway with space for 4 cars. Home-cooked frozen meals can be ordered in advance from Peak Eats.
We rent the chalet from Sunday to Sunday, and prices for your week start from €3,900.
Hot tub - €150 per week - we have it cleaned every week before guests check-in and the maintenance man checks it throughout the week.
Towels - €6 per towel
Bed linen - €18 per person
Tourist tax - €1.50 per person, per day
Ski hire equipment and fittings can be arranged at the chalet. Private transfers are available from €270, or shared transfers cost €55 per person one way with Châtel Transfers.
