4th largest and in the top 3 snow sure ski areas in France. Samoens a traditional Haute Savoie village forms part of the Grand Massif top lift station 2500 meters, 5 villages linked by genuine blue runs offering over 265 kms of groomed pistes.
Situated in the picturesque alpine village of Samoens. Only 400m to the Gondola and Church Square and just 1 hour from Geneva.
Chalet Giffre is owner run and has a great location. The original farmhouse in the village with a private courtyard offering off road parking and the village on your doorstep. The chalet offers 5 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and wc. Sleeping 14. Spacious open plan dining and lounge area with central fireplace and traditional wooden beams over 80m2.
Our private mini bus service, we take you to The Grand Massif Express Gondola in under a minute which takes you to the mid station at 1600m the central location of the Grand Massif Ski Area. In the afternoon we can collect you from 3 different lift stations in our valley.
Fully catered 6 out of 7 evenings. Cooked breakfast on 5 mornings bacon & eggs, tomatoes , porridge, fresh baguette, selection cereals, yoghurts, jams, honey, fresh fruit, tea, coffee and juices (2 mornings Continental).
• Return from skiing to a home baked cake, hot drinks or beers & wines.

The dates we are running are from the 23rd December - 30th at a cost of £525 per adult with children reduced to £470 so a total of £2460 (+€2 per adult per night for tourist tax)
Bardonecchia is the one of the oldest resorts in Italy. The traditional Italian town is set against a stunning mountainous backdrop with peaks rising to over 3500m, ensuring breathtaking views from this hidden gem. It is a skiers’ and snowboarders’ paradise with immaculately groomed pistes and Olympic snow parks. It was host to the 2006 Turin winter Olympics and held the half-pipe and snow cross finals.The Chalet Bianca is based in the heart of Bardonecchia just a few minutes from both the ski slopes and the town centre and only 1hr 15 minutes from Turin Airport. The chalet caters for up to 20 people and offers a real home from home experience. We offer twin/king rooms with en-suites as well as family suites (inter-connecting door, 2 shower rooms).

The price for 7 nights from 21st, 22nd or 23rd December is 795 euros per adult and 595 per child. This includes a daily breakfast, afternoon tea with freshly baked homemade cakes and 3 course evening meal served with specially selected wines (for 6 of your 7 nights). For the children, we'd serve an earlier more simple 2 course tea. You would have an ensuite twin room and an ensuite family room.

Samoens is a great traditional village and the lively centre is around 5 minutes walk from the chalet. Samoens is part of the Grand Massif and gives access to a great range of skiing (265km) up to 2500m height. The lift from the village takes you to 1600m were the skiing begins with links to Morillon, Les Carroz and Flaine.

On our website there's also a 360 degree tour – you can see all our bedrooms so there will be no surprises when you arrive!
Hotel Au Coin du Feu is a full service hotel with a chalet style atmosphere. Our 17 unique bedrooms are perfect for couples and families alike. We have an on–site crèche, a games/movie room for teenagers, a hot-tub, massage room, private bar and five course evening meals for adults. All our rooms can be booked for seven nights half board or for short breaks.
Chalet Plan des Rochers is 80 meters from the hotel and can be booked for exclusive use or by individual bedrooms. Fully catered and staffed with the same standards and facilities as our hotel, Plan des Rochers also benefits from an excellent ski to door location.
Chalet des Amis is next door to Au Coin du Feu so can be used as a private chalet or as an annex to the hotel. We have availability at the fabulous Chalet Gentiane in Les Gets, just a one hour transfer from Geneva in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski region. The Chalet has 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a huge living/dining are with a large open log fire, an ideal place to relax after a good day on the slopes. We are in a great location, just 200 metres to slopes, lifts and village centre and the free bus around the village stops right outside our front door.
