Experienced Chef/couple required for 21/22 season.
Applicants will be required to produce a set 3 course evening meal,plus a cheese course, 6 nights a week, for approximately 40 covers. No breakfast duties for the head chef, so evenings only.
The package includes competitive salary, 1 day off a week, accommodation, ski pass and skis and boots if required.
Essential that the applicant can run the kitchen with a calm, friendly, efficient and enthusiastic manner, always producing high quality meals for our many loyal guests.
We would welcome a couple for the kitchen roll, otherwise a chef's assistant will be employed.
