experienced commis chef with experience at 2 rosette level and KP to 1 star, am ideally looking for work over winter in the 3 valleys as want to get into boarding. Am easy going and am keen to also host if required. Am flexible and reliable and love being in a kitchen environment with experience working at a high number of covers and also more refined settings.
