We are owner run, in our 16th winter season, and offer a very friendly and personalised service.
The resort is Montchavin - La Plagne, Paradiski. Paradiski offers over 425kms of pistes, with runs for all abilities, but the great thing is intermediates can get anyway around the resort. So advanced skiers can try out the black runs, and meet their friends for a vin chaud!The resort village of Montchavin has the Famille Plus award for family friendly services and layout.
The chalet, La Portette, is an 18th century converted farmhouse with 6 bedrooms. It is a lovely place to relax with big squashy sofas, and floor to ceiling windows in the open plan living room. We keep a box of toys for smaller guests and have cots, high chairs, and sleds at your disposal.

Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. Chalet Lievre Blanc in Montchavin La Plagne sleeps 12. It is literally next door to the ski lift to Les Coches and opposite Evolution 2 school and equipment hire shop. You cannot get any closer. Samoens is a great traditional village and the lively centre is around 5 minutes walk from the chalet. Samoens is part of the Grand Massif and gives access to a great range of skiing up to 2500m. We would love to welcome you to our chalet it would be £499 pp with free return Geneva airport transfers( about 1 hour 15 minutes). The children would be £100 each.
We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and would provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get you to your choice of lifts and back each day. No walking in ski boots carrying skis! You would have the whole Portes du Soleil ski area.
We are fully catered:

Our Chalet in the French Pyrenees is available weeks commencing the 1st, 8th & 22nd February.
We could offer 7 nights catered for an all in rate of 7500 €. We have 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 15 people, all of which are en-suite and 2 of those are large Family Suites that can sleep up to 5 people.
Your stay here would include breakfast every morning with a hot option, afternoon tea upon your return to the chalet each evening and a 3 course evening meal with unlimited house wine.
We also offer lifts each morning and afternoon to the ski stations although you might like to take the opportunity to wander around our wonderful 19th century town and sample the atmosphere.
The Xmas & New Year Holidays here in the Pyrenees tend to be geared towards families spending time together, hence it is rarely busy on the slopes and there are activities throughout the town to entertain the younger ones.
Toulouse airport is well connected to the UK, and we're happy to help with arranging Airport Transfers for the whole group in one go. We're also well connected with the ski schools here so can help with arranging lessons if anyone needs them.

Location: Alpe d'Huez | Dear Lucy,
Either chalet in Alpe d'Huez would be suitable for your group, however, Le Dauphin is just a bit closer to the lifts which take you to the main ski area, ski school meeting point and the larger of the 2 big nursery slope area. The lift is really just 50m from the front door and its a quick 3 minute journey to Les Bergers!
We do only have 2 weeks left available in the chalet during the February period. 2-9 Feb would be your best option as you are outside the French holidays and so the price is that much cheaper too!! Otherwise, the following week is the first of the month long holidays here in France however, there is just one zone on holiday so it will be the quietest out of the 4 weeks!!
We have several catering packages available but to give you a rough idea Chalet Baron would be 799 euros per adult and 599 euros per child (the 2 little ones are free) for that first week. 1025 and 825 euros for the 2nd week.
Le Dauphin would be 935 euros and 735 euros for the children in the first week of February. The second would be 1200 euros and 1000 euros.
Both chalets could accommodate another family which would bring your costs down considerably.
