Ferme De Coutettaz is available w/c Sunday 7th or Noonday 8th April. It’s brand new for winter 17/18.
This beautiful barn conversion sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms & has been finished to a very high standard. It has a very spacious open plan dining/living area with separate areas for relaxing in, armchairs in front of the floor to ceiling windows where you can read or play games or just chat and then a cosy TV area with a huge squishy sofa next to the wood burner. There is also a sauna room with Italian shower and an infrared sauna and then a hot tub in the garden with stunning views looking towards Avoriaz.
Ferme De Coutettaz has an amazing location in Morzine, just 250 metres from the tourist office & a 3 minutes on foot to all the shops, bars, restaurants and main ski lifts. The chalet has a garage with ski storage, heated boot and glove warmers and then a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a drying area for ski gear.
The chalet has 5 bedrooms , 3 bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and then two bedrooms share a large bathroom. A little over an hour from Geneva airport, and 7.5hr drive from Calais. Great location, valley views. Local ski area just above chalet with ski school, not quite walking distance but less than 1000m. Bus stop 200m. Ardent/Morzine access to heart of Portes du Soleil just 5-10 mins away for the more serious skiers, very easy to get to with Gondolas up to Avoriaz high altitude skiing. 200+ DVDs for all ages. 5 min walk into the village of St Jean D'Aulps with child friendly restaurants and bars. £995 for this week self catering for accommodation. We live in the village and have minbus, can do airport transfers and transfers to slopes for you personally at very good rate. Will quote transport for you if you interested.

| We still have availability at Chalet Abbaye, St Jean d’Aulps, for the week commencing Sunday April 7th 2019.
The chalet sleeps 9 in 5 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms. There is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room which opens onto a terrace with hot tub and views of the mountains. There is parking for 3 cars, free wifi and English television. We provide a welcome pack for your arrival.
We can recommend the local ski station of La Grande Terche. Alternatively we are just are a 12 minute drive from Ardent which links up to the whole of the Portes du Soleil. It is a short walk to the local bars and restaurants. Chalet Abbaye is an 80 minute drive from Geneva airport.
We can offer you the same price as this year of 1500 Euros, self catered. This price includes linen, towels and exclusive use of the chalet and hot tub.
If you would like to eat in the luxury of the chalet we can help arrange for meals to be delivered to the door. Boulangerie breakfast deliveries and ski hire fitted at the chalet are also available at extra cost.

We can accommodate you in our chalet in Morzine for the dates you are looking for. The chalet is usually catered, but we could offer it on either a Bed and Breakfast basis or self catered if you prefer.
The chalet has 5 bedrooms so is ideal for a group of your size. It is also in an ideal location for easy access to the slopes. The free ski bus stops just 200m away on the flat and drops you at the lifts in less than 5 minutes.
We could offer you the week self catered for 3000 euro or on a bed and breakfast for 3150 euro. ( this also includes and afternoon tea cake every day)
