We are a hardworking English, Italian couple looking for a new exciting role where we can share our passion for food, beverage and hospitality with our guests, whilst enjoying the mountains.
We both have extensive experience in the industry, carrying out varied roles, from cooking, section waiting, hosting, bar tending to supervising and management.
Travelling and working in different countries has given us the opportunity to meet new people and experience new cultures, adapting to always provide professional and exceptional service.
Working together in our last role was the opportunity, as the word hospitality means, to always make the customer feel welcomed and exceed expectations giving a memorable experience.

Location: Bansko | Hi Louise and Roberta,
We are looking for one last chalet couple to complete our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. Staff training starts in just over three weeks time, around 7th December.
Bansko is a great resort with plenty to offer and is a fantastic place to work a season. Living in Bansko is very affordable and our staff typically live off their tips and commissions and save their wages. In resort prices are much lower than other European resorts, with a 2 course meal including wine costing less than £15. A beer or hot chocolate on the slopes is less than £2.50.
We are a small independent company dedicated to our staff and our guests alike. We hope that in providing for our staff first, this in turn will provide our clients with exceptional service. We are passionate about providing a great holiday experience and exceptional service so that our guests have the perfect skiing holiday and want to return year after year.
We do all we can to ensure our teams have an awesome winter season in Bulgaria including team trips and nights out. Each couple has spacious private staff accommodation close to the chalets and the gondola.
