I am a professional chef with an excellent reputation for food and hospitality, and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns (‘The 4th largest ski area and in the top 3 snow sure resort in France’ -Daily Telegraph 2013; - about 1 hour from Geneva airport. From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.

Basically we've got 4 large family suites which sleep between 4 and 6 people and we apply the following discounts - 10% for 3 adults sharing, 15% for 4 adults sharing and 20% for 5 or 6 adults sharing. Also we have a promotion where 1 adult stas for free if you're more than 15 people in the group so we could work out quite cheap for you guys if you're happy to share rooms.

Soldeu is in the centre of the Grandvalira ski area of Andorra, with 210km of piste it is the largest ski domain in the Pyrenees. Grandvalira is great for all ability levels from beginner to expert. Andorra is cheaper than the Alps, with a beer in the village costing €3.50 and a meal with wine costing around €20. On the slopes, lunch is around €15 Euros per person and a hot chocolate is around €4.

The chalet is in a stunning location, just 10 minutes walk to the Super Morzine lift and two minutes to the free shuttle buses which whisk you up to Ardent, Pleney or Prodain. The chalet is set back from the road so in a quiet location but the numerous shops, bars and restaurants of Morzine are only 2 minutes walk away.

The service
As a small company, your holiday is important to us and our team will ensure you will feel very well looked after during your stay with us.
Our catered service includes a hot option at breakfast, homemade afternoon tea and a four course evening meal with plentiful wine followed by coffee & chocolates around the log fire.
Chalet Juliette has been renovated this summer, with the living area extended and updated as well as new kitchen and redecoration galore.
The resort
La Tania is renowned for being a good value resort from which to ski the celebrated Three Valleys. With a friendly atmosphere, good après-ski venues as well as restaurants ranging from good old pizza to Michelin-star dining, the village attracts young families and groups of skiers and boarders.
We can also assist with airport transfers: our prices are £75 per person for a return shared transfer from Geneva and £70 per person for a return shared transfer from Chambery.

We have our catered Alpine Refuge available for the week commencing Sunday 19th March and our catered Desmeuniere available for the weeks commencing Sunday 12th and 19th March 2017.
The Alpine Refuge is located just 8 minutes walk from the SuperMorzine lift and the centre of resort. This chocolate box chalet has 5 bedrooms, an extra bunkbed room (no window), an open plan lounge and dining area with log fire and spectacular views, a second mezzanine lounge with media facilities, free wi-fi internet access, boot warmers, plus a hot tub and a sauna. Even though the chalet is within easy walking distance of the lifts we still offer a minibus service to and from the slopes each day plus the free ski bus stops just at the end of the private drive. Just 5500 Euros sole occupancy or contact me for a per person quote.
The Desmeuniere is a beautifully restored 18th Century Farmhouse with 8 ensuite bedrooms each with flat screen tv and dvd player. This luxury catered ski chalet boasts a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with log fire and vaulted ceilings, balconies with superb views, a second mezzanine lounge with media facilities, free wi-fi internet access, a heated ski and boot room, a sauna, plus a sunken outdoor hot tub set in the stunning grounds. We provide a minibus service to the slopes each day plus the free ski bus which operates every 10 minutes stops just outside the chalet.

Chalet Gaillard has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 9 adults plus up to 3 kids. The living/dining area is open plan with great views up to Mont Vallon. After a hard day on the mountain you can sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst you wait for a delicious dinner to be served.
It is situated close to the centre of Meribel Mottaret, with plenty of restaurants and bars. It’s a very short walk to the slopes and the nearest lift is about 300m away.
The Three Valleys has excellent ski-ing for all abilities. The Meribel Valley has great, well thought out beginner areas, plenty of blues and reds, and more challenging blacks and accessible off piste for the more experienced. There’s fast access to both Courchevel with its vast open pistes and interesting couloirs, and Val Thorens, known for its high snow sure slopes.
The price for sole occupancy for 8 people from 11 to 18 March is £4400 although we have other chalets and dates.
We provide gourmet food starting the day with a hearty breakfast. On your return from the slopes there will be a homemade cake or biscuits for you to enjoy and the evening starts with canapés and cocktails followed by a relaxed and delicious 3 course meal with unlimited wine. We can also provide an earlier 2 course children’s meal.
We can help you organise your ski lessons, lift passes, equipment hire and transfers if you wish as we have good links with the local providers.

Our in resort staff are able to offer orientation of the village, delivery of ski passes as well as make recommendations and reservations for Dinner on the Chalet staff day off.

Have you considered the Grand Massif ski area. It is a hidden gem with 265kms of piste, 69 lifts, 20 green runs,65 blue runs, 50 red runs and 14 black runs with the highest altitude 2,500 metres. Something for all abilities. Flaine, is part of our ski area and regarded as snow sure at around 2,500 ft.
