I am a professional chef and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns (‘The 4th largest ski area and in the top 3 snow sure resort in France’ -Daily Telegraph 2013; - about 1 hour from Geneva airport. Assistance with transfers. Parking in the chalet grounds.
From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix gives swift access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.

We would love to welcome you for Christmas! La Grange au Merle is a newly renovated traditional 6 bedroom farmhouse in the picturesque village of Châtel at the heart of the Portes du Soleil. There is great skiing for all abilities on and off piste.
The chalet is professionally staffed to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. Our private chef, who trained in Michelan star restaurants, prepares sumptuous meals served with selected wines. We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements and children's meals.
To maximise your piste-time, we offer a complimentary morning shuttle service to the slopes and a collection service between 4-5pm. The ski bus stop is outside our chalet if you wish to return during the day. The chalet is around a 10 minute walk from the village square along predominantly flat roads.
Facilities include hot-tub, sauna and garden with children's wooden alpine play house. Use of sledges and snow shoes.

We have our catered Alpine Refuge in Morzine available.
The Alpine Refuge is located just 8 minutes walk from the SuperMorzine lift and the centre of resort. This chocolate box chalet has 5 bedrooms, an extra bunkbed room (no window), an open plan lounge and dining area with log fire and spectacular views, a second mezzanine lounge with media facilities, free wi-fi internet access, boot warmers, plus a hot tub and a sauna. Even though the chalet is within easy walking distance of the lifts we still offer a minibus service to and from the slopes each day plus the free ski bus stops just at the end of the private drive.
The price for the week is normally 7750 Euros. However, we can offer you a reduced price of 6950 Euros. Your catered holiday includes your half board stay (cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes, early tea for the children if required, a pre-dinner drink and nibbles, plus 4 course evening meal with unlimited wine for 6 of your 7 night stay). We provide all bed linen, towels, bathrobes for adults, plus Occitane toiletries.

Christmas in Les Gets is a great atmosphere. Father Christmas (the real one of course!) will ski down the piste on Christmas Eve, fireworks and vin chaud on the streets.
Christmas lights decorate the whole village, and with the snow on the roof tops of the traditional wood and stone buildings, it gives a wonderful festive atmosphere.
On top of all that, The Portes du Soleil in one of the Largest ski resorts in the world with over 600kms of pisted runs and endless off piste opportunities.
The Local Area of Les Gets, Mont Chery and Morzine is ideal for the family as the pistes are on pastureland and mostly within the tree line, therefore a lot safer than some of the large baron and rock resorts.
The Chalet has a sauna, 5 bedrooms, Sky TV chanels, dvd’s, Open Fire and you will all love the food and afternoon cakes !!! The boot room has boot warmers so you start the day with nice toasty and dry ski boots - perfect!

Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. La Ferme du Chateau offers a warm & friendly welcome in this beautifully renovated Savoyard farmhouse with its exceptionally spacious accommodation in 6 en-suite rooms, great food and quality wines. The facilities
With La Tania’s blue piste on the doorstep, ski-in, ski-out Chalet Dahu is in an unbeatable location just 250m from the village centre.
With an outdoor hot tub as well as a sauna, we can offer the ultimate in relaxation after a day on the slopes of the amazing Three Valleys.
The open plan living and dining room is centred around a log fire and feels warm and inviting. The room has large windows and opens onto a balcony which has a spectacular view overlooking La Tania’s pistes.
The bedrooms (5 twins and 1 double) each have their own en-suite bathrooms and we provide quality linen and towels during your stay. The ski room has a boot warmer, which turns putting ski boots on into a treat each morning!
The service
As a small company, your holiday is important to us and our team will ensure you will feel very well looked after during your stay with us.
Our catered service includes a hot option at breakfast, homemade afternoon tea and a four course evening meal with plentiful wine followed by coffee & chocolates around the log fire.
The resort
La Tania is renowned for being a good value resort from which to ski the celebrated Three Valleys. With a friendly atmosphere, good après-ski venues as well as restaurants ranging from good old pizza to Michelin-star dining, the village attracts young families and groups of skiers and boarders.
We can also assist with airport transfers: our prices are £75 per person for a return shared transfer from Geneva and £70 per person for a return shared transfer from Chambery.

Location: Courchevel & La Tania, Three Valleys | Evasion Exclusive is our new catered Chalet service. For Winter 2016/17 we are offering two luxury catered chalets in the quaint village of Le Praz, in the heart of Courchevel and the Three Valleys Ski Area.
Firstly, I would like to offer Chalet Jardin De Rosalie, An ultimate chalet for 14 persons. With 7 bedrooms this extensive Chalet is centrally located with fabulous balconies and views. There is a hot tub and sauna and a designated adult relaxation area. A children only snug and family lounge with large leather sofas, Sky TV and a fabulous log burner.
I would like to offer Chalet Jardin De Rosaline sole occupancy, fully Catered for the week commencing Friday 23rd December for £9500.
Although in the lower village of Le Praz 1300 I can assure you that the links between the higher parts of resort are very quick and reliable. There are two lifts out of Le Praz, the gondola which goes straight to the ski school meeting point in 1850 (beginners area) and the new foret chair going over to La Tania improving the links between the full three Valleys ski area, which is now covered by a snow guarantee.

Built 2 years ago, Chalet Le Cabri is a stunning property with 5 beautiful ensuite bedrooms, sleeping 12 people in total.
With amazing views across Morzine, and each bedroom having a balcony (Room 1 also has disabled access), super comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton linen, you will be well rested after a great day’s ski-ing.
Our experienced team serve you amazing food and high quality wines after relaxing in our lovely Jacuzzi.
Our chalets are both located 600 metres from the centre of Morzine with the free ski-bus stopping IN the driveway, very handy for families as the bus takes you from the front door right to the slopes! Super Morzine (access Avoriaz and Switzerland) then Pleney for Morzine, Les Gets and Nyon. In the evenings (after 8pm) you can easily walk into town within 10 minutes.

We have a catered chalet in Peisey Vallandry, in the heart of the Paradiski region of Les Arcs and La Plagne. It's available from Wednesday 21st until 28th of December at 6000 GBP for sole occupancy of the chalet. It's not on the piste but we do offer a minibus shuttle, 400 metres to and from the local lift at certain times of the day
The chalet features twin ensuite rooms, log fire, DVD/UKTV/Wii/Wifi and most importantly, fantastic cuisine from our highly experienced professional chef. She has been cheffing for 20 years in cafes and restaurants around the world, and in recent years on private yachts, villas and for the Orient Express owned French canal boats.

We have availability for your dates in Chalet de Vamorel, with 8 en-suite bedrooms to sleep up to 20, and a hot tub, just 50 metres from the nearest ski lift taking you in to the Grand Domaine area with 200km of pistes. We'd love to welcome you to Meribel Mottaret. We have 2 chalets available, Clementine and Gaillard.
They are situated opposite each other in the centre of town with a short walk to the slopes in the morning and to the restaurants, shops and bars for the evening.
Each chalet has 5 bedrooms. Clementine is all en-suite and sleeps 10 and has a sauna and open fire. Gaillard sleeps 9 adults (plus up to 3 children). Both properties living/dining areas are open plan with fabulous views, Gaillard has a sunny balcony and Clementine a terrace.
After a hard day on the mountain you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst you wait for a delicious dinner to be served.
We provide gourmet food starting the day with a hearty breakfast. On your return from the slopes there will be a homemade cake or biscuits for you to enjoy and the evening starts with canapés and cocktails followed by a relaxed and delicious 3 course meal with unlimited wine. We also provide an earlier 2 course children’s meal.
Prices for your dates are: Gaillard £7950, Clementine £8995
The Three Valleys has excellent ski-ing for all abilities. The Meribel Valley has great, well thought out beginner areas, plenty of blues and reds, and more challenging blacks and accessible off piste for the more experienced. There’s fast access to both Courchevel with its vast open pistes and interesting couloirs, and Val Thorens, known for its high snow sure slopes.
We can help you organise your ski lessons, lift passes, equipment hire and transfers as we have good links with the local providers.
As an independent chalet company we will tailor your holiday to your needs with our personal service.

This is a massively spacious property with large balconies in most of the bedrooms boasting stunning views. There are fantastic views of the mountains directly in front of the chalet form the wrap around lounge balcony. There is a bar within walking distance of the chalet. The nearest lift is 5 minutes drive away as is the nearest town and the main Portes de Soleil lifts are about 15 minutes away. If you are looking for somewhere a bit different with lots of space to relax in this is the chalet for you.

Chalet Joran, in Morzine, is a stunning 4 bedroom chalet that can comfortably sleep 8 adults and 4 children, in a really great location, perfectly placed to access the best skiing in the huge Portes du Soleil ski region, you’ll never run out of new pistes to explore, as well as being ideally located to get to the ski schools, both in Morzine and Avoriaz.
We have a large open plan living area with amazing views up the valley out of the picture windows. The open fire, leather sofas are perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes along with the outdoor hot tub in the large garden which backs on to forest and has great views of Morzine and Avoriaz.
We pride ourselves on the food we make; fresh breakfast each morning, homemade cakes in the afternoon and a delicious 3 or 4 course evening meal with carefully selected wines. As well as separate children’s meals, which we liaise with you about prior to your stay in order to make sure they get the food that they will like!
The chalet is sold only as sole occupancy so you would not be sharing with any other guests making your time with us as relaxing as possible.
The price for the week catered is £8800 catered.
