The apartment affords a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, three bedrooms and a twin bedded mezzanine area, there are no bed settees! The living room has luxurious leather reclining seating and flat screen television that will accommodate most game systems. The chalet has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and the accomodation is over 3 floors offering lots of space for all. There is free WiFi, Freeview English TV ,bedding and towels and end of stay cleaning included in the price.
There are lovely terraces to sit out on and you have immediate access to mountain walks . There are tennis courts in St Martin de Belleville as well as a beautiful pool in Les Menuires just up the road. There are plenty of sporting activities for all the family to enjoy , including tennis, cycling, walking, mountain biking , rafting and the zip wire which my teenage nieces love ! There are lakes and rivers around St Martin and Les Menuires to swim in and enjoy picnics by.
St Martin de Belleville has lovely restaurants and bars as well as a local butcher, baker and supermarket . The local fete is held in August where there are activities for all to enjoy.
The price for 1 weeks rental will be 750 euros with maximum occupancy of 9.

I am a professional chef and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns which is about 1 hour from Geneva airport. Some personal transport is advisable for shopping and sight-seeing.
Samoëns, listed as a 'Village Historique', is a beautiful village in the Giffre Valley of the Haute Savoie. There are many activities available in the area.

We have availability at la petite buche for you from the 1st, we can offer you the whole chalet, with two double ensuite bedrooms, one twin, and one adult size bunk room. The chalet is warm and cosy with all you would expect, wifi, uktv, a good dvd library, linen, and a large bbq, if you have a chilli night, you can cook on the grill in the open fire, in the sitting room. The chalet over looks the river Bourne, there is an obstical course that runs along side it and is a wonderful place for the children to play in and around the river.
The pretty mountain village of le grand bornand is only a short flat walk away, and has lots of lovely bars and alpine restaurants to chose from, there is a large open air swimming complex,tennis courts, archery, trampolineing, an adventure park in the trees, and even a 9 hole golf course. The telecabine to the mountain is just the other side of the village centre and runs during the summer, to get walkers up the mountain, or just to have a look at the view from the top of la chat.
The price for the chalet for the week is 1100€, 100€ per aditional day.

I believe my newly renovated farmhouse in the lovely village of
St Jean d'Aulps near Morzine fits all your criteria. There are all kinds of activities available in the area in summer, as well as the usual hiking and mountain biking, and lots of places to visit. There is a lake nearby with a small swimming area and you are also about half an hour from Lake Geneva which has a number of "beaches". The chalet has two double bedrooms and two rooms which can be set up either as twins or doubles, as well as three bathrooms. It has just opened this season and all the feedback has been positive, two families said this was the best place they have stayed in the Alps, you can see the reviews on my ad page. The price for the week self catering, sole occupancy would be €600, including all linen and cleaning charges.

We have flexible catered/self-catered chalets just a 5-7 minute walk from the very centre of Chamonix. Chamonix is fantastic in the summer - rafting on the river, walking on the trails, lazing around all day at the outdoor pool (with slides!), and exploring the bustling town itself.
Our chalets are situated in a residential area around a big lawn away from main roads, so plenty of room to run around. The bus and train stops are just a few steps away and we'll give you the carte d’hôte for free public transport throughout the valley.
