A half-board (or “catered”) chalet holiday is ideal for people who want to concentrate on having fun and making the most of their time on the slopes.
When you choose a Ski Magic catered ski chalet, breakfast and afternoon tea is included every day, with meals provided for you on six evenings, leaving you free to sample a local restaurant or takeaway on one evening.
On five nights your hosts will prepare and serve a three course meal (see below for an idea of menus) and on one evening during the week, your hosts will leave everything you need for a traditional ‘raclette’ – an indulgent alpine treat that no ski holiday should be without! You’ll have all the equipment and ingredients – raclette cheese, sliced meats, salad, potatoes (and wine!) – for a party, Savoyard style! Dessert will also be left for you and your hosts will show you how the machine works in advance.
Children are well looked after too! Upon request, your hosts can prepare and serve a Children’s Tea for any under-12s. Kids can expect home-cooked favourites and delicious puddings…
