Busy, expanding property management company seeks senior manager to work alongside existing team. We are offering an exceptional salary for a committed professional individual willing to help us to grow our family business.
You will ensure the business runs smoothly on a day to day basis, managing and motivating a team of seasonal staff and ensuring excellent service is delivered to our clients.
This is a full time role offering an exciting opportunity to a motivated, committed person. The role is varied and not strictly office based so you will be flexible in your approach and willing to get your hands dirty if necessary. You will be professional in your outlook, be a great communicator able to think on your feet and problem solve quickly. Able to deal with seasonal staff, chalet owners and our suppliers appropriately and efficiently.
This position would suit somebody already based in the French Alps or maybe looking for a change of scene and willing to relocate to France. This role is not suited to a work hard/play hard mentality. We are looking for somebody ready to take the next step in their career or maybe deciding to take a step down from a successful career.
Essential Requirements for This Role:
Minimum 5 years managerial experience
Minimum 5 years staff management experience
Experience working in fast moving, occasionally stressful environment
Minimum 5 years full driving license
Excellent written and spoken English
Conversational French
Ability to remain calm under Pressure
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised
Clear thinking problem solver
Flexibility in attitude to ensure expectations of clients are met
Committed to at least 3 years in this position
